• Activities suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Account closure request by the member for responsible gaming reasons

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the required verification process, provided there are no outstanding term violations.
